TRE® for Individuals
1 to 1 Sessions 

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a body-based, natural way to release stress and tension from the body, which many people find can help support wellbeing and a sense of balance. This may be experienced in a variety of ways, including:

  • Can help support improved sleep

  • Can help support physical and emotional balance

  • Can help encourage a greater sense of resilience in daily life

  • Can help support recovery from strength & conditioning training

  • Can help promote a sense of calm, clarity, and overall wellbeing

  • Can help ease the feeling of chronic pain


1 to 1 sessions:

 £60 per session, first session 90 minutes with subsequent sessions 60 minutes.

A series of at least 4 sessions is recommended.

  • In your first session you will learn the basics and get familiar with the tremoring sensation

  • In session two and three you will gain more shaking confidence, and start practising at home if you feel ready

  • In session four we will explore interventions for you to get the most out of the process.

My role is to teach you TRE® in a safe, relaxed and supportive manner while creating and holding a safe space for you. Many people love the fact that in TRE® there is no need to verbalise or analyse anything - we let the body do the work.
