TRE® for Individuals | 1:1 Sessions with Kate White, Gloucestershire & Online

A simple yet profound practice

Who this is for

You don't need to have experienced trauma to benefit from TRE®. Most people who come to me are simply carrying too much - the accumulated weight of a demanding job, a difficult period, chronic low-level anxiety, or a body that hasn't felt relaxed in a long time.

TRE® works well for people who

  • Feel stressed or anxious but struggle to switch off, even when they want to

  • Have tried talking therapies and want something that works differently

  • Are already doing yoga, meditation or other self-care but want something that goes deeper

  • Work in high-pressure environments including the creative industries

  • Want a tool they can use on their own, at any time, for the rest of their life

 

What to expect

Sessions are relaxed, unhurried and entirely led by your body's own pace. There is no talking about the past, no analysis, and nothing you need to prepare or bring. My role is to guide you through the process safely and help you build confidence with the tremoring sensation.

Session 1 (90 minutes): You will learn the background to TRE®, work through the exercises for the first time, and get familiar with what tremoring feels like in your body.

Sessions 2 & 3 (60 minutes each): You will build confidence and self-awareness, and begin practising at home between sessions if you feel ready.

Session 4 (60 minutes): We explore what works best for your body and make sure you have everything you need to practise independently.

Most people feel noticeably different after their first session. By session four, you have a self-care tool you can use for life.

£60 per session First session 90 minutes · Subsequent sessions 60 minutes Available online or in person in Stroud, Gloucestershire

A series of  4 to 6 sessions is recommended  - this is enough for most people to learn TRE® fully and feel confident practising independently.
